Orange Chicken

10 pounds chicken hindquarters
3 (12 oz each) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp ground cloves
8 tsp salt

Place chicken pieces in large roasting pan.  Sprinkle with salt, cloves, and cinnamon.  Pour juice concentrate over all.  Rinse the juice cans with a little water and pour that on the chicken, too.  Cover pan with lid and place the works in the oven.  Bake at 350 degrees for two hours, or 275 degrees for 4-5 hours.

This recipe can be halved and cooked in a crockpot.
Not necessary to use hindquarters; any bone-in chicken pieces will work.
