Place skillet over medium heat.
Break one duck egg into a bowl. Beat well; set aside.
Peel and slice 4-5 cloves garlic. Melt some butter (1-2 Tbsp) in the skillet, then add garlic slices and stir well.
Pour beaten egg over garlic and stir constantly while eggs cook.
Notes: This could work with chicken eggs, too, but you might want two, since even jumbo-sized chicken eggs are smaller than my duck eggs.
