Filling Morning Smoothie

This is fill up the stomach and make you feel full when you’ve already had most of your nutrients in other meal components.  It is a stomach-filler, not a meal replacement.

In a blender container, place:

  • 1 C water
  • 2 C fresh spinach
  • 1/4 avocado*
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Blend until smooth and drinkable.
