Sometimes I feel too awful to think about food. The other day I ate a handful of cashews and a few slices of dried mango for breakfast, and in the evening I ate a bowl of granola and a banana. Nothing mid-day. Not exactly the most nutritious. I don’t think I would have eaten at all, except that all these pills will eat a hole in my stomach if I don’t take them with food. Obviously, it’s time to write some more menus. Planning ahead eliminates the “Oh, no! What am I going to make for dinner? There’s nothing thawed!”
